Op Amps For Everyone (PDF 464p): The solution was to first build an amplifier that had more gain than the application required. Then some of the amplifier output signal was fed back to the input in a manner
that makes the circuit gain (circuit is the amplifier and feedback components) dependent
on the feedback circuit rather than the amplifier gain.

A Single Supply Op Amp Circuit Collection (PDF 27p): There have been many excellent collections of op-amp circuits in the past, but all of them focus
exclusively on split-supply circuits. Many times, the designer who has to operate a circuit from a
single supply does not know how to do the conversion.
Single-supply operation requires a little more care than split-supply circuits. The designer should
read and understand this introductory material.

Common Cathode Amplifier Design Ideas: Although not that popular, the common-cathode amplifier is one of my favorite tube circuits�with good cause, as it offers low input capacitance, low distortion, no phase inversion, and two inputs, the second of which can readily accept feedback from the output or a sampling of power supply noise, to null the noise at the output.
